Core Responsibilities
- Support across all production management for 10 Group content creation.
- Support on day-to-day running of the production team to ensure effective workflows from clients to edit teams and producers.
- Support in the effective running of the production teams by managing workflows and ensuring pre & postproduction schedules are filled out to run effectively & efficiently.
- Ensure all projects are progressing and up-and-coming projects are accounted for, planned, and budgeted for accordingly.
- Create production documentation including budgets, call sheets risk assessments.
- Lead and be responsible for cost control for productions, managing margins and budgets.
- Book crew and suppliers, negotiate costs and raise PO’s for upcoming work.
- Set up new suppliers and inform them on invoicing procedures whilst creating a roster of freelancers and preferred suppliers.
- Communicate and report updates to the finance team to keep them across developments of projects.
- Liaise with all parts of the business and update them on changes in schedules and workloads.
- Create and develop relationships with client servicing team and send updates to client servicing teams communicating schedule, successes, and challenges.
- Be the lead producer on certain shoots and edit producer helping to deliver outstanding work.

Key Objectives and Accountabilities
- Regular meetings with production team, company directors & account managers to ensure consultancy approach has been applied prior to initial quotes/budgets being created for each project, to maximise commercial opportunities and quality of output in the business.
- Supporting with the production management of all shoots & edits including pre & post-production administration.
- Supporting Production Team meetings to plan month ahead.
- Managing and negotiating supplier budgets, rate cards, personnel, kit etc.
- Distributing of projects to The 10 Group’s Producers, Editors and freelancers to maintain a constant and consistent workflow
- Lead the team in terms of quality, excellence output and technology across both pre-and post-production.
- Work with The 10 Group accounts team to streamline production costs & management (across pre and post) helping to actively identifying areas requiring investment, development and restructure, also managing budget creep on specific projects.
Essential Skills
- Clean Driver’s license & Passport (no restrictions for working abroad).
- Producer experience 4+ years (setting up shoots, research, edit producing, production management).
- Effective communicator.
- Experience of writing call sheets, risk assessments, briefs and creating treatments and writing ideas documents.
- Excellent budget skills and understanding of accountancy process.
- Competent at budgeting shoots – margins, scope creep and negotiating with suppliers.
- Writing and power point presentation skills including Word, excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Premier.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, edit workflow.
