The 10 Group (10G) are looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager to play a central role in our fast-paced, highly creative integrated MarComms agency in Marylebone, London.

Reporting to the Head of Social, this is an important role within 10 Social, the social department of 10G and supports the agency on its mission to be fully digital first.

About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager with at least three years experience, to support various accounts and new business briefs, creating work that breaks through the noise and gets noticed.

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, fluent in all-things Social Media. Comfortable working on multiple projects, in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

You will have a positive, flexible attitude and be keen to work as part of a growing business. Someone who is enthusiastic and proactive, has a good attention to detail, can juggle numerous tasks, and adds energy and ideas to every meeting.

We’re looking for someone able to support the team in their content, campaign, and channel executions. From copywriting to implementation and robust reporting (organic and paid), you will be great at articulating ideas and insights back to clients as well as internal stakeholders. Close collaboration across the agency is vital – such as PR, Design, Strategy and Production.

 

About you

You will ideally have 3-5 years of Social Media experience, with demonstrable skills across the following:

  • Content and Channel Management
  • Fluent in organic and paid media best-practice – able to ideate and deliver full funnel strategies and activations
  • Ability to articulate ideas and insights, visually, and verbally, to clients
  • An evangelist for all things Social – you’re comfortable contributing to, and chairing, calls with clients or senior stakeholders
  • Fluent with native and third-party analytics, interrogating data, and distilling observations into insights and actions
  • Able to turn your hand to creative tasks. The team you’ll be joining are creative by nature, so supporting their vision with social-first copywriting and managing their client’s channels is second nature.

Core Responsibilities

  • Liaise efficiently with clients, stakeholders, and Account Directors on briefs from the earliest stage of project development to post-campaign analysis.
  • Working closely with your clients to define and develop their brand’s tone-of-voice (TOV). And developing this through robust content calendars, integration with Design, and crafting on-brand copy that lives on their channels.
  • Working closely with Production to develop ideas into thumb-stopping content.
  • Support the 10 Social team on quality-control, to ensure creative vision and tactical executions are delivered to the highest standard and on schedule.
  • Support the 10 Social team in keeping them up-to-date with latest developments and trends and channel updates.
  • Occasional (global) travel requirements – we have an exciting array of clients in all continents, with projects and partnerships launching all year round.

 

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A social-first, collaborative ‘doer’, comfortable following instructions.
  • Enthusiastic about creative – knowledgeable in social best-practice and trends.
  • Knowledge of social platform’s infrastructure, rules, regulations and guidelines.
  • Highly organised and a capable problem solver, comfortable communicating on all levels of the business.
  • Remains calm under pressure, working to tight deadlines, and adaptable across various tasks simultaneously throughout a day.
