The 10 Group developed a research-led narrative framework and a go-to-market plan to launch the rSIM brand – the first resilient IoT SIM card – to an international audience. 

Centred around Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona, we created an integrated launch campaign with activity taking place before, during and after the event. 

We created a research-based whitepaper, developed a strategic thought leadership plan – harnessing the business’s senior leaders – and pre-sold two media releases to drive momentum ahead of launch as well as attendance at the rSIM stand. 

At MWC, we put CSL’s senior leaders in the spotlight alongside speakers from partner businesses, shaping a point of view from the leaders in the space. We created an rSIM launch film and produced daily vlogs, vox pops and B-roll from on the ground across the week.
